I am excited to announce that a release date has been set for my third novel, Cayleth Warding and the Scarlet One, and the cover has officially been revealed. Mark your calendars because on 7 October 2017, my newest book hits virtual shelves everywhere! (Print copies will likely become available in December.) Like my first two titles, this one is a work of fantasy, as far as genres are concerned.
For those of you who haven’t seen the cover for Cayleth Warding and the Scarlet One…voila!
Also, here’s the accompanying blurb:
Fifty-three families looking for a new beginning board a ship and sail to an uninhabited island. Happily they live for nearly two decades. Homes are built and the past is forgotten. Paradise, however, is no more after the adults suddenly vanish one night. For three years, the teens and children rule the island of Oridd. For three years, they survive. When an old woman unexpectedly appears on Oridd, all is cast into disarray as the strange and awful threaten to become commonplace. The old woman wants something, and she won’t leave until she gets it.
If you’re thinking that this sounds like something you’d be interested in reading, I invite you to click down below and add it to your shelf on Goodreads!
I’m also handing out a limited number of ARCs, so if you’d like to be a reviewer, please do fill out the contact form at the end of this post. Here are a few pertinent facts for potential reviewers:
- At the moment, I only have PDF copies available, but I’m told that said format is compatible with all Kindle devices. Yay!
- Since Cayleth Warding and the Scarlet One already has a page on Goodreads, readers are free to post their reviews on there before the release date. (Click here to be taken to the aforementioned page.) Otherwise, it would be greatly appreciated if reviews be posted within three days of publication.
- I also kindly request that readers consider posting their reviews on Amazon within three days of publication. (Click here to be taken to the corresponding page.) I make this request because there are a number of promotional opportunities that authors are unable to take advantage of until they receive a certain number of reviews on Amazon. Hence, any help in this respect would be greatly appreciated and would prove a tremendous help in allowing me to spread the word about my book.
If you’ve read this far, I’d like to thank you. Cayleth Warding and the Scarlet One is a very special project to me, and I look forward to sharing it with readers.
Wishing you all a marvelous day!
